Life Line Counseling Center is a preferred provider for most major insurance and managed care companies. This means that we have developed contracts with them to cover the costs of most of the services you receive at Life Line and this is why they have given you our name when you called them looking for help. Covered services will apply only to the intensive outpatient program at this time.

If you are seeking individual therapy ask your insurance company for its list of individual providers. Some of the companies we contract with at this time are: MAMSI, Optimum Choice, Anthem, Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Value Options, Magellan, and United Behavioral Health.

To find out what your coverage, deductible, and co-pay limitations are call them at the number located on your health insurance card.
